Service Scope:
We provide freight forwarding, warehousing, customs declaration, and logistics support services from China to worldwide destinations.
Shipping Terms:
All shipments are handled under agreed terms such as FOB, EXW, DDP, CIF, etc. Responsibilities vary based on the agreed Incoterm.
Payment Terms:
Payments must be made as agreed before shipment or delivery
Any delay in payment may result in delay of shipment or release
Liability:
We act as a logistics service provider and are not responsible for delays caused by shipping lines, customs, or unforeseen events
We are not liable for loss/damage unless covered by insurance
Customs & Documentation:
Customers must provide accurate product details and documents
Any penalties, duties, or fines due to incorrect declaration will be borne by the customer
Inspection & Additional Charges:
If shipment is selected for customs inspection, all related charges (inspection, storage, demurrage, etc.) will be paid by the customer
Cancellation / Refund:
Once shipment is booked or processed, cancellation may not be possible
Any refund will depend on actual costs incurred
