Do you offer air freight, door-to-door or sourcing?
No. We handle sea freight in full containers from China. No air freight, no door-to-door or DDP delivery, and we do not buy or source goods. We ship what you bought from your supplier.
Who clears customs at the destination?
Your own customs broker. Under standard Incoterms (opens in a new tab) the importer arranges import clearance. We file the export declaration with China Customs (opens in a new tab) on the China side.
