Freight forwarding means different things depending on where your agent is based. Most forwarders are based in your country; they book ocean freight and pass instructions to a contact in China.
That contact is often a third-party agent they have never met. Al Fajar is different. We are based in Yiwu, China. Our team is physically inside the freight origin, not coordinating it remotely.

Our team physically attends container loading at the factory or CFS. Weight discrepancies and packaging failures are caught before the container is sealed, not after it arrives at your port.

Export declarations, packing lists, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin are prepared by our team from the actual cargo, not copied from supplier paperwork.

How Your Cargo Moves (Step by Step)
From Yiwu to your warehouse, a smooth, transparent process you can rely on.
You place the order
Confirm purchase with your supplier in Yiwu. Share supplier name, address, and cargo details with our team via WhatsApp.
We coordinate pickup
Our Yiwu team contacts the supplier, confirms cargo is ready, and arranges collection from the factory or market stall.
Cargo check at our facility
Goods are received at our Yiwu consolidation point. Weight, volume, and carton count are verified against the packing list. Damaged or incorrect goods are flagged immediately.
Export documentation
We prepare the commercial invoice, packing list, and HS code declaration. For shipments qualifying for preferential duty rates at destination, we arrange the Certificate of Origin.
China customs declaration
We file the export customs declaration with China Customs on your behalf. This is the legal requirement for any cargo leaving China — and the step most remote agents outsource.
FCL or LCL booking — Yiwu to Ningbo
Cargo is trucked from Yiwu to Ningbo-Zhoushan Port (approximately 150 km). Container is loaded and sealed. Bill of lading issued.
Vessel departs
We send you the complete shipping documents: bill of lading, packing list, commercial invoice, customs declaration copy. Your local agent at destination takes it from here.

Do you only serve Pakistani importers?
No. Our operations in Pakistan are one part of what we do. We serve importers in any country who are buying goods from Yiwu or Zhejiang Province. Our China-side operations- pickup, loading, export documentation, and customs declaration- are available for cargo going anywhere in the world.
Do you have a physical office in Yiwu?
Yes. Our Yiwu operations team works from a permanent office in the city, not a remote coordination arrangement. This means we can physically attend factory loading, verify cargo at our facility, and deal with suppliers directly in Mandarin.
Can I use my own freight forwarder at the destination?
Absolutely. We handle the China side. Your chosen freight forwarder, customs broker, or import agent at the destination handles the receiving side. We’ll send you the complete shipping documents and coordinate with the contact you nominate at the destination.
What is the minimum shipment size?
For LCL (shared container), we accept cargo from 1 CBM. For FCL (full container), a 20-foot container holds 25–28 CBM. For sample shipments under 50 kg, express courier via DHL or FedEx is more cost-effective than ocean freight.
How do I pay my Chinese supplier through you?
We do not process supplier payments. Your payment to the supplier is arranged separately through your bank using a standard international transfer, T/T, or trade finance. We coordinate cargo, not payment.
Do you offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)?
DDP to Pakistan is available; we handle China-side export, ocean freight, Pakistan customs clearance, and delivery to your warehouse. DDP to other countries is arranged through our partner network at destination, contact us with your specific destination for a quote.
