What Information We Collect
Information you give us directly
When you fill out a quote form, contact form, or WhatsApp us, you typically share:
- Your name and the name of your business
- Your phone number or WhatsApp number
- Your email address
- Your city or delivery address in Pakistan
- Details about the goods you want to import, product type, volume, weight, and origin in China
We only ask for what we need to respond to your enquiry or prepare your quote. We do not ask for financial information, bank details, or payment credentials through our website.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, standard technical information is collected automatically. This includes your IP address, the browser and device you are using, which pages you visited and in what order, and how long you spent on each page. This information is collected in aggregate; it tells us how people use the website, not who specific individuals are.
Information from third parties
If you contact us through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn, those platforms have their own privacy policies that govern how your data is handled on their side. We receive only the message you send us.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you share with us for four purposes:
To respond to your enquiry or prepare your quote When you contact us about a shipment, we use your cargo details and contact information to prepare an accurate quote and get back to you. This is the primary reason we collect information.
To manage your shipment, if you become a client, we use your business details, cargo information, and Pakistan delivery address to manage the logistics of your shipment, coordinating between our Yiwu team, the shipping line, and Pakistan customs.
To improve our website, aggregating data about how visitors use the website helps us identify which pages are useful, which need improvement, and whether the information we provide is answering the questions people actually have.
To send you relevant information If you have worked with us or contacted us, we may occasionally send you information about services that are relevant to your import business, updates on shipping routes, seasonal freight rate changes, or new services we offer. You can opt out of this at any time by replying to any message or emailing us.
We do not use your information for advertising on third-party platforms. We do not sell your information to anyone. We do not share your business or cargo details with any party except those directly involved in managing your shipment, shipping lines, port agents, and customs authorities.
Who We Share Information With
Running a freight forwarding operation requires working with several parties on your behalf. When we manage a shipment for you, we share relevant information with:
Shipping lines and carriers require your cargo details, commodity description, weight, volume, and origin/destination. This information is provided to the shipping line as part of the booking process.
Pakistan Customs (FBR) Import customs clearance requires filing a Goods Declaration through WeBOC. This requires your NTN, your cargo details, declared value, and HS code. This information is submitted to Pakistan Customs as a legal requirement of importing goods.
Port agents and handling companies At Karachi Port Authority (KPT), Port Qasim, or Lahore Dry Port, our port agents require your consignment reference and documentation to coordinate release.
Our Yiwu, China operations team manages the China side of your shipment from our team in Yiwu. Your supplier details, cargo instructions, and documentation requirements are shared internally between our Lahore and Yiwu teams.
We do not share your information with marketing companies, data brokers, or any unrelated third parties.

Our website uses cookies, small text files stored on your device, to help the website function correctly and to understand how it is being used.

Enquiries that did not become shipments. If you contacted us for a quote but did not proceed, we keep your contact details and enquiry for twelve months. After that, we delete them. We keep this period to allow for follow-up conversations that sometimes happen after an initial enquiry.
Active client records. If you shipped with us, we keep your shipment records, cargo details, documentation, and customs filings for 7 years. Pakistan tax law and customs regulations require businesses to retain commercial records for this period.
Website analytics data: Aggregate website usage data is retained for twenty-four months before being deleted.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Ask what information we hold about you, and we will tell you within thirty days
- Ask us to correct wrong information
- Ask us to delete your information, and we will do so unless we are legally required to retain it (for example, customs records)
- Ask us to stop contacting you for marketing purposes, and we will stop immediately

How We Protect Your Information
Our website uses HTTPS encryption. Access to client records and shipment documentation is restricted to staff who need it to do their jobs. Our Yiwu and Lahore teams communicate through secure internal channels.
We cannot guarantee absolute security; no system can. If we become aware of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you within seventy-two hours and explain what happened and what we are doing about it.
