How do I get an FCL shipping quote from China?
Fill in the quote form on this page and press "Get my quote". Only five details are required: your name, a WhatsApp number or email, the destination country, the cargo and the container size. Everything else is optional. The Yiwu team then sends a written quote.
How fast will Al Fajar send my quote?
We reply within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday, China time. A request sent on WhatsApp during office hours (09:00–18:00 in Yiwu) usually gets a first answer sooner. If you write outside office hours, the team reads it first thing on the next working day.
What information do I need for an FCL shipping quote?
You need the cargo name, the total CBM or weight, the supplier city in China, the destination port or country and the date the cargo is ready. Your Incoterms term (FOB or EXW) also helps. If you do not know the volume yet, use our CBM calculator or leave it blank and we will ask.
Does asking for a quote commit me to booking?
No, a quote request does not commit you to anything. It only asks us for information. You read the written quote and decide afterwards.
What is included in the quote?
The quote shows ocean freight and the China-side charges on separate lines. China-side work covers loading coordination in Yiwu, export documents and the customs declaration filed with China Customs. Charges at your destination, such as import clearance and delivery, stay with your own broker and haulier.
Can I get a quote for air freight or door-to-door delivery?
No, Al Fajar quotes sea FCL shipping from China only. We do not offer air freight, door-to-door or DDP delivery. If your shipment needs one of these, tell us before you send details so you do not lose a day.
Which China ports can you quote from?
We quote from the main China sea ports, and the best port depends on where your supplier is. Send the supplier city and we recommend the port that fits your cargo and destination. You can read about ports such as Ningbo on our China locations pages.
Why is there no price list on this page?
